Since 2014, Davis Development has successfully led over $100 million in commercial development projects across Western Canada. Starting out with a focus on retail gas station anchored facilities, Davis has expanded to a broad range of retail developments, commercial fueling facilities and land development projects.

Meet Miles.
Miles Davis founded Davis Development in 2014 after spending over a decade with Suncor Energy, sourcing and building commercial gas and retail developments across Western Canada.
He is a proud Edmontonian, father and member of the community. He is the Past-Chair of KidSport Edmonton and a member of the City of Edmonton Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
